More of my childhood icons get remade and some butchered Speed Racer (Movie Coming soon), Underdog Movie (if you call it that, I call it a crap festival), Transformers (Good Movie but screwed the story line) and G.I. Joe (Movie Coming soon). Now they have really done it, this is the last straw! R2-D2 is now reduced to serving as a soy “source” bottle. Dam You George Lucas and your endless quest to rule the world!

If you own Battlefield 2142 take a quick look at First Strike, an interesting and just-released Star Wars mod.
Most is not all FPS games get a Star Wars mod at some point and this one looks to be on the right track. First Strike looks to be a full conversion of 2142 turning it into the Star Wars we all know. With accurate detailing of Storm troopers, vehicles and locales and when its done it its going to be a great addition to the Star Wars world. The level of detail placed into the game right down to the guns is simply amazing.
Over all I give it a Must try (Download), but remember it is still in beta so there will be Bugs.
